I have worked with L&C Mortgages twice when doing a remortgage and the team are excellent. Open and honest. They clear communicate the process what’s possible and what’s might not be- but most importantly they give an honest rationale. They are proactive in their search for better deals. Older applicant, no problem!

As a 68 year old applicant, I thought that finding a mortgage would be difficult, or with a third-rate lender. Not so with L&C! The whole team was very helpful and knowledgeable, finding me a mortgage with a main stream lender. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
