I would definitely recommend L&C

I used L&C for both our mortgage 3 years ago and our remortgage this year. They are very thorough and communications from them are great. The only small downside is that I feel some things weren’t explained and I had to ask about processes and terminologies when remortgaging. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

I have worked with L&C Mortgages twice when doing a remortgage and the team are excellent. Open and honest. They clear communicate the process what’s possible and what’s might not be- but most importantly they give an honest rationale. They are proactive in their search for better deals.
