L&C were extremely helpful from start to finish when I was buying my first house, finding me the best possible mortgage deals available, and every time my fixed rate is coming to an end, they gently get back in touch to assist with my remortgage and finding another deal. It was straightforward to fill in the form, i was sent an email saying that they would get back to me with what i could borrow, which i did shortly afterwards. I have since received a phone call offering help and support for when we find a property, i explained that we wete unable to start searching at the moment and i was left his details for when we find what we are looking for Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

I used L&C for both our mortgage 3 years ago and our remortgage this year. They are very thorough and communications from them are great. The only small downside is that I feel some things weren’t explained and I had to ask about processes and terminologies when remortgaging. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
