Not overly impressed so far. Purchase travel insurance, despite web detailing policy will be emailed within 15mins, 48hrs later no email. Rung insurers held on swith board 3mins, advised I had ring different dep,put on hold 6mins, then half socked assistant said try this number,I duly rung, switch board options was all about mobile phone claims,insurance, any thing but travel insurance! Randomly pressed any number eventually answered operator couldn't careless when I mentioned there's no option on automated switch board was met with silence. Eventually docs were emailed, very poor service so far, heaven forbid I have to make a claim... Reviewed on: 6th November 2023

if you are involved in a crash that wasn't your fault, this insurance company is the last people I would rely on. There information is vague and not helpful at all. The other insurance company involved have been much more helpful and have explained everything. I feel like I am paying insurance money for no reason, except so that my car is on the road. If anything bad happens, which we all hope wouldn't but sometimes does, they are no help at all. I am 18 years old, and this is my first crash, and they have been useless. Try to say you are out in your car speeding when said car was not being driven at the time they state...plus give you 3 different times for same incident??? Reviewed on: 6th April 2018
