Terrible insurance. I opened a claim weeks ago, for damages. Every email interaction requires at least one week. So far, the faster response time was... Terrible insurance. When you are trying to agree on the next steps to fix the damage on your bike, this could require multiple email interactions, making the process super long. They should be focusing less on marketing and more on actually doing the job Read more Read less

Communication was excellent — clear updates, quick responses, and a genuinely friendly approach that made me feel looked after. They arranged a replacement bike incredibly quickly, with no fuss or complicated forms, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. It’s rare to find an insurer that feels this personal and rider-focused. If you’re a cyclist looking for reliable cover and a team who really understands the cycling community, Laka is the way to go.     Double claim - very well sorted!

    I have unfortunately had to claim on my Laka insurance twice in 18 months and they have been very helpful, extremely quick to pay and...
