Easy to deal with

Had a need to make a small claim for storm damage to my decking. The claim process was very quick and smooth and paid out very quickly. My fear was my premium the following year would jump dramatically but it didn't. Reviewed on: 20th July 2023

Friendly and informative staff

We were looking for static caravan insurance for the very first time this year. Having discounted one insurance company who wished to charge us as “letting out” if our children who did not live with us used our caravan it was a relief to talk to a friendly member of leisure days staff. She explained every aspect of the insurance policy to us in an easy to understand way assuring us that we wouldn’t be classed as “ letting out” if our children used it. How sensible is that!! Affordable, user-friendly, and reliable!

I've had Leisuredays caravan insurance for 3 years now. Renewing is easy and all online. Also, prices did not increase after COVID, which was amazing, since prices everywhere else did! Makes sense to use Leisure Days as are specialists in this field False economy to look elsewhere that may appear cheaper but there is the hidden cost on site clauses if use alternatives are used Leisure Days give good advice, hints and tips and inform about new models etc Reviewed on: 19th July 2023

Smart Caravan insurance

The staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, go through everything you may need and extras you may not of thought of, you can insure your cycle be it a leisure cycle or a mountain bike or road bike. They’ll ensure you have the correct level of cover and the correct price for replacement of your beloved holiday home, prices have increased so much in the last few years and to skimp on having correct cover is wasted pennies in my view. I’ve been with Leisuredays 6 years now and wouldn’t go elsewhere as I need piece of mind knowing I can sleep sound if I’m here with my children or grandchildren. Reviewed on: 19th July 2023
