We have a healthy eight year old Labrador, never been sick ever! Despite this his insurance premiums just kept shooting up, we considered stopping his insurance but then saw Lifetime Pet cover and decided to move to them. Thank goodness we did because our dog was suddenly bleedly internally and nearly died, he spent days at the vets on high dependency unit having scans and other costly investigations. It was a traumatic time but Lifetime pet cover were so supportive and paid promptly. As it's Lifetime cover we are now insured for another year, some other insurers would have turned us away. Find any excuse not to pay out.

Out of all let insurance i have taken out in 10 years they are the worst for finding excuse not to pay out on a claim. Once the year is up I will defiantly change. Reviewed on: 18th July 2019
