Credit union s been a good bank.because where other banks cant help poeple on benefit this bank as been good to oeple working or benefits,so i recommened the whole team for 5star

Reliability

I have always had positive experiences with London Mutual, they have a good savings system and I have managed to get loans for school Uniforms rather quickly. Their interest is not extortionate. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

Better than any high st bank

Been a member since the 80s and the ease of getting a loan when needed and the low % rate makes it a no brainer ease of use and friendly courteous staff A+++++++++ Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

Friendly and understanding

I’ve been with the London Mutual Credit union for roughly 3 years now and they are always really understanding with me. Me being 17 I don’t have a steady income so I am not always able to put in £10 in my account every month like I said I would but it’s never been a problem. They never email me threatening to terminate my account like some other unions which is why I recommend them a lot. Also, they are always very friendly and patient with me. There was a particular occasion when I didn’t fully understand credit and why it is so important, a worker explained it to me in enough detail for me to understand and be able to explain credit to somebody else. I am very appreciative of London Mutual Credit Union and will continue to be. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

Helpful

A while ago my account was frauded. Credit Union staff bent over backwards to help me ensuring a new bank card was sent out immediately and monies taken fraudulently was refunded. Thank you so much Credit Union Reviewed on: 25th June 2020
