this bank is for the people

i have been a member for awhile now and i really love banking with london mutual credit union especial when you take out one of there loan what i love with that you get to save at the same time so when the loan is finish pay off you also have some money save for your self very good idea love it i have inteduce all my friend and they all join thank for making it all about us i call it the peoples bank. Mrs Yvonne Henry - A very flexible service that offers low interest rates and a quick simple application process.

I have been with Credit Union now for over 24 years, and my first loan was a gas Cooker I brought in a empty house with no furniture . Over the years I have taken other loans to buy household items and even had loans to support me with emergency financial situations. I have always recommend other people to their services including my family who are also members of the Credit Union. I even helped a single vulnerable mum who I used to support to apply for a bank account through Credit Union. Finally, I would like to say that Credit Union as done great things for our community and supported people to strive and achieve their goals, such as setting up their own business enterprises and they have assisted members in times of finanial difficulties. Amazing Bank

I have been a customer of London Mutual Credit Union for a number of years and always found them to be very efficient when dealing with my queries, also when providing information of loans, savings and bank accounts. Brilliant customer service and I have even recommended my 3 adult children to open savings accounts with them, which they have done. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

Credit Union Vote

I really would love for Credit Union to win the service that I got from the staff is so on point they are friendly very welcoming even if you are taking a long time they will listen to you than try and work the best way do deal with the problem they are never rude like other banks it great even the staff that takes your call when they help me am always asking for the web page to score the highest score they can get. A port in any storm

They are hard-working and approachable. We have been with the LMCU for years now and they have always tried to make things work for us. When we needed to withdraw an urgent deposit for our rental, the branch in Camden didn't have enough money onsite to give us, but they telephoned their Southwark branch to organise it and I went to collect the money on the same day, and we got our dream flat. Loans

I had applied 2 loans in different tears. I was successful on one but unsuccessful on the other. I had preferred loans from London Mutual Credit Union because of low interest rates. I would have preferred to be successful again. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020
