Process- Contact

Prefer to speak to rep in person (phone call ) rather than email which is really frustrating. Exchanging of message on email consuming time. Reviewed on: 13th June 2022

Great customer support. Low APR loan

I have been with credit union for about 10 years now. I was able to save money and also got a loan with low APR. No nuisance call or text messages from them. I will recommend Credit union to anyone. Two of my family members already open an account with them. Reviewed on: 12th June 2022

Loan

I’m my experience last 3 or 4 times loan there’s no problem at all but last year I tried to loan only £1000 for wife present but didn’t accept it, before they accept my loan like £3000, £4000 £7000 just I remembered. No gambling reason at that time, but last year they had gambling involved. And I said even I’m playing online casino I can pay my monthly and I don’t have missed my monthly payment.
