Credit Union that is people centred irrespective of situation, whether negative or positive

I was able to get a loan irrespective of a not so good credit rating after I had been declined by other lenders including banks yet I was in a full time job ,that was paying me well. The real people in there look at the application form and there is always something for anyone ,not judged by computers etc. Well done such such an initiative, no need for banks that cause more stress.
