Communication was clear throughout, and when I had questions around completion, first payment dates and the mortgage account setup, the responses were helpful and timely. The mortgage completed successfully, the welcome information was clear, and the first payment details were confirmed quickly after completion. I also appreciated that they worked well alongside my broker and solicitor to get everything over the line. Overall, I found Loughborough professional, responsive and reassuring.
