She was clear, concise and handled my rather confused explanation of what I wanted with patience, skill and good humour. To be honest she restored my confidence with telephone banking. Recent dealings with other and larger financial organisations has been immensely unsatisfactory and left me feeling very uncomfortable. As I wrote at the outset Alisons clear diction and ability to rapidly grapple with the nature of my enquiry was both pleasing and reassuring. Full marks to her and your training team. Terrible service

Application started in Aug25 as existing customer and will still not be complete by Dec25. Constantly have to chase updates and progress. Extremely poor comms and customer service overall.
