A Regular Savings Account is opened automatically when you join Manchester Credit Union. Savings must be made on a regular basis, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly and withdrawals can be made via the App or Members Area.

Good place to put your hard-earned money.

I've been with the Credit Union for more than 10 years. My deposits come straight out of my wage, so I don't miss it. Good rates of interest, over the years and competitive rates, if I were to choose to have a loan. Reviewed on: 14th June 2025

synonymous to saving for tomorrow

I got given dividends even though I haven't been actively saving. In addition the encouragement to save is awesome. Each time I remember or Credit Union I remind myself to save. Reviewed on: 14th June 2025

I opened Christmas saving in literally couple of seconds I don’t need to do anything and at Christmas I will have the money available for Christmas presents they do it where the money is not available to November which is perfect so it can’t be spent before hand Reviewed on: 14th June 2025

A trial will convince you!

Staff always have give a listening ear and are knowledgeable in their field. If a loan is approved you are also encouraged to save! Saving is a great to have financial liberty ……. And the MCU encourages its members with different avenues to do this. Reviewed on: 14th June 2025
