After being denied for a few loans due to being self employed, MCU was able to offer me my full loan value at a great... After being denied for a few loans due to being self employed, MCU was able to offer me my full loan value at a great interest rate and their customer experience was on form. They did everything they said they would and even the lady on the phone personally went up to the loan office and made them aware that my case was time sensitive. 100% would recommend. POOR customer service

Said I would be eligible for a small Loan once i paid off my current balance, then did not help me at all, left very frustrated
