Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great customer support, high cost

Great interaction with customer support, understood what was going on, fast process, only negative during a year with no claim, annual renewal significantly increased resulting in renewal with less cover. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Piece of mind

Many Pets are a very good Insurance

Its the first time i have been with Many Pets, they are very good with the help you can get on line, and keep you up to date with things, and excellent if you do not make a claim during during the year, they give you so much of your money bk Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
