Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Super fast settlement to claim

No messing around, very straight forward claims process and the turn around on my claim was very quick. Lots of cheaper quotes but what is not fully disclosed is the poor level of cover and guidance around levels and what is best is not evident. Efficient and fair

Good value for peace of mind

Can not complain about anything

I wish i had brought this policy from the day I brought Ted... they have not once queried or complained or excluded any symptom for any of the claims i have had to make for Ted.... Beats Pet Plan hands down if you ask me!!! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good value for money

Outstanding, very professionnal .
