We were devastated when our young boxer birch had to have an operation to remove a Mast cell tumour.Bought by Many couldn't have been more supportive and richly deserved this award in my opinion. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have been with bought by many since my little frenchie was 4 months. He was a poorly little thing and they were fantastic and even though we made quite a large claim the policy was and is still the best price on the market. The customer service has been second to none I cannot say a bad word against this company they have been fantastic for 3 years. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Didn't let me down when I needed them

Doggo recently had to go in for a hernia op, BBM were very easy to log the claim with, easy to get hold of on the phone when I had questions that couldn't be answered on the website. They assessed the claim quickly, kept me updated, approved the claim and paid the vet directly. Great service when I needed it most. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

So pleased with bought by many, can't believe how quick the claims process is, claims from start to being approved on an ongoing claim can be less 24 hrs would not go anywhere else, there online process for claims is the best. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Really helpful and kind staff. Great value for money. Would use anyone else.

Very helpful when signing up and I also like the fact I get 24/7 free calls to first aid vets as when my pet was I'll on a sunday evening I could just book in and 10mins later I had a vet video call me and give me advice. Wouldn't use any other insurance company. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Bought By Many have a service with First Vet for free by purchasing a policy and I could not fault it at all. There’s been a few times we have had worries with my dog and my question has been answered really quickly and also they give the option to FaceTime as well! Couldn’t fault at all.
