Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Very easy purchase process and referral scheme was a plus!

Searching for the right pet insurance isn't easy, but I thought bought by many had the best and clearer options available. I also used the referral scheme and very easily managed to get an amazon voucher which was a plus. Thankfully I haven't had to make a claim yet, but everything has been great so far. Wonderful insurance

Helped me in my hourer of need My dog was very sick and this was so stressful, however I didnt have the added stress of worrying about the insurance side of things Quick online claim, processed very quickly My dogs health improved so thank you bought by many! Simply the Best !

I was distraught when my dog suddenly became seriously ill. The Bought by Many staff were superb - understanding, sympathetic and extremely efficient in dealing with the vet.
