Been with this company for three years now. During the first year my German shepherd Valentine was diagnosed with anal furunculosis and I had to make regular claims and I had no issues at all. The staff were very supportive and helpful with any claims during this time. Fortunately I haven't had to make a claim in over a year! Excellent company Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

There's been more than enough stress around and when my Irish Wolfhound became unwell hat was another challenge I could have done without - so could she. I have had to visit the vets several times due to my pet becoming unwell.. I upload the invoice and leave it to bought by many to sort.. they keep me informed and resolve claims professionally and quickly. I would definitely recommend Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

No fuss, great cover, fast payouts.

We've had Bought By Many for two years now, originally for our kitten, then we added a second kitten. The coverage of their top end product is the best you can get, including all dental work. We've had four or five claims over the last two years and every single one has been hassle-free. Bought By Many contacts your vet for evidence and details, so all you have to do is tell them which pet the claim is for, the claim amount, and a short description. In every case we've received payment within a few weeks straight into our bank account. Top notch pet insurance, would recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
