I had only had the insurance for 3-4 weeks & my dog caught her due claw. Made the claim online & the money less the excess was back in my account within 2 weeks. There’s an online vet consultation included & I also was able to access a 1st aid course Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Having used other pet insurance providers for many years, I thoroughly recommend Bought by Many. The level of cover is superb and they have to be recognised for covering historic medical conditions that have not recurred within the last two years. This is something I have really valued, as our dog Was Ill as a 3 month old puppy, but has had no repeat for 3 and a half years. The selected cover gives great peace of mind and is about 60% of the cost of our previous insurer, with better terms. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Common sense insurance at a good price

Currently I have 3 cats insured with Bought by Many. One of them was hit by a car last year & required emergency treatment. The claim was settled without any fuss or bother. I was treated with compassion & professionalism at all times. Thankfully he's now fully recovered. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good words makes a massive difference

What first struck me with Bought By Many was their fantastically worded documents. I'm used to not understanding 20% of insurance documents but these were worded in such a way I could understand what support was available and was made to feel like they really cared about my dog. This helped when signing up and also has supported me when I needed to make a claim. They now have a loyal customer. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
