I have had to move my insurance every year in the past to get decent cover for a fairly price but have been with Bought By Many for three now and have not had any nasty surprises at renewal. Their customer service team are always polite and helpful too. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Before setting up i spoke with someone to make sure i got what i needed for my cat. When i had to make a claim all i had to do was fill out an online form & BBM sorted it out with the vets, so i didn't have to be involved.
