Fantastic service at a fantastic price

I insured my Jack Russell, George, in November 2017 and he had a very serious accident on 1st January 2018. It was a very stressful time for us and Bought by Many were absolutely fantastic. The claims process was so simple and they made stage payments which helped us enormously. They were so friendly and sympathetic too. You never know how good your insurance is until you claim and I can't fault Bought by Many. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Low cost high value service

Easy to use service, great low prices, quick and easy to claim, payout really quick and even after a claim the renewal has gone up by less than £10.....which I think is amazing. I have Bought by Many pet insurance for my dog, I was with a very well known pet insurance company who I insured as a crossbreed, because he's a cavapoo the price increased half as much again. Bought by many offers the most comprehensive pet insurance on the market, I'm very pleased. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Simple claims process and value for money

We have two of our youngest cats on the same policy with no excess and pay £17 per month to cover both. Elsa got an eye infection and I claimed. Company contacted the vet direct and kept me up to date with progress. Refunded vet fees in full. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Perfect Pet Protection

My dog was recently taken very ill and needed to be hospitalised and have lots of tests. My insurers couldn’t have been more supportive. They dealt direct with my Vet and the hospital keeping me informed every inch of the way. I couldn’t have asked for more care and clarity throughout this difficult time. I have had many pet insurances through the years, and I can't speak highly enough of Bought by Many, it was recommended to me by the breeder and unfortunately I had to claim on our 7 month old dog and the whole process could not have been easier, they kept me informed through out every stage of the claim and paid in full promptly.
