Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have had a brilliant experience when I required to...

I have had a brilliant experience when I required to make a claim, money was paid straight into my account within a couple of hours. My only issue is the price I pay monthly. It had increased this year by an extra £20 which has been a struggle but I have piece of mind that I am able to hopefully receive the same service again if I require it.
