Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

My Cat Approves!

Good experience with ManyPets, easy to file claims and while sometimes they’ve taken a while to respond, they were approved and didn’t mess around. It is quite pricey and the cost has shot up more than triple my original monthly fee in the last three years, but the service is good and the videocall vet advice has been great! Many pets have the best customers service.

Many pets have the best customers service. Anytime we have had an emergency vet visit, many pets is so easy to upload the details and receipts. They have made the payment the following day. 24/7 vet advice. The best pet insurance. Would not go with anyone else Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
