Payout with hassle

I have been unfortunate to have to submit a number of claims and have had a payout without question. Due to delays, my vet no longer accepts direct payoutwith many pets which is unfortunate but I have paid on the credit card and many pets have paid me instead. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Friendly reps, great perks and always have peace of mind that if anything happens we're covered. Love having access to the 24/7 online vet, especially as a first-time dog mam, to ask about any of those niggly little issues that always happen in the evening or at the weekend! Excellent Insurer in every way.

I have found Many Pets to be completely professional and keen to make sure their customers are well provided for. I have not experienced this level of care before. So far I am very satisfied. I know that I can approach them with any query which will be handled efficiently and I have complete faith in the company. They also cover ailments which other insurers won't touch with a barge pole!! I.e: preexisting conditions. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Straightforward claims process

I have only submitted one claim; but it was a seamless process at a stressful time when I had to rush my puppy to the emergency vet. Manypets made it really straightforward to submit and pay for the claim while we focused on our puppy. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Great company & service provided!

Great company! Made a claim & was paid the same day. Able to do online 24/7 and don’t need to wait in phone line queues. Never had any issues making a claim. Reasonable price for my three pets too. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
