Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Used Many pets for the first time when my fur baby h...

Used Many pets for the first time when my fur baby had his first fit. It was a horrible time for us and Many pets did not questions us once. Just prompt payment straight away. Really easy to deal with no hassle at all. Any problems we have we use the 24 7 advice line where someone rings us back via teams and having a face to face chat just eases you straight away.
