Better than Pet Plan!

I’m so glad to have found Bought by Many! I was deceived into believing that Pet Plan was the best pet insurance provider on the market, boy was I wrong! Bought By many have provided excellent customer service care and I feel they genuinely care for my pets rather than other insurance providers that treat them as a number on a spreadsheet and won’t pay out. I have used Bought By Many for the last 3 years for my cat’s insurance , and during that time she had been hit by a car twice AND had a nasty infection; each time, the claims process was seamless and payments were made without any quibbles. Our old pet insurance company limit was a quarter of Bought by Many and our premiums are considerably lower. They could confirm monthly deductions via email. Fortunately we have not yet needed to make a claim. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
