A relief to find an insurer that reassures

We had no end of problems with our puppy in her first year and were on first name terms with the vets! Bought By Many (BBM) provided a seamless and reassuring service on the several times we needed them to assist with our claims. Luckily, our puppy has not had any issues for a while now and our premium even went down after the first year - which I was not expecting at all. I have already recommended BBM to a friend. I would give more stars if I could

Unfortunately I’ve had to make a couple of claims. However, the online claim process is so quick and easy, customer service has been great, and the money has been paid out promptly once the claims were approved.
