When i first signed up to insure my dog with Brought By Many the whole process was fast and easy, when it came to the renewal, i was emailed in advance with information regarding my dogs policy and any changes, then at the time it was automatically done and i've not had to waste any time thinking about it. Haven’t needed to make a claim yet.(Fingers crossed) . Have had various pet insurance cover over the years , which have been a hassle to set up in most cases. Absolutely no problem with Bought by many. Completely hassle free Experience Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

Expensive to renew

Seems good value first year, but second year renewal premiums went up nearly 30% for a 4 year old dog. Doesn't bode well for customer care. Much better value elsewhere, so changed to a different insurance company. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

So easy to claim, so quick to be reimbursed

We had to claim when our crazy pooch broke into a cupboard and ate 3 mince pies on Christmas Day. All I did was answer a few questions online and BBM do the rest with the vet. It's simply amazing and yet why do the other insurers expect so much form filling. This has to be the way to do it. Great customer advisors and great cover levels too. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

With 2 dare-devil Lancashire Heelers and working as a groomer , I know from customers how difficult it can be claiming when things go wrong with our pets, this is not the experience I've had with Bought by Many. Unfortunately I've had to claim for both girls a few times and the ease with which this has been done and the prompt service even during lockdown , has left me recommending this company to whoever asks about pet insurance.
