The best pet insurance ever!

I've had pet insurance for years and always felt that companies are just willing to take your money. On having a new puppy and seeing the ads I tried BBM. Prices are extremely competitive with high levels of cover. I had to make a small claim few months back, the pup eat a pair of pants! Emailed invoice over was immediately advised it was being processed and within a week the claim was settled. Absolutely fantastic no hassle service. I have now renewed my other dog with them and they are insuring the pair of them less than the renewal of my previous provider. Cant go wrong fantastic! About time theres an insurance provider that doesn't want to rip you off! Great work! Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Fair prices and simple claims process. If you are organised you will be able to do everything online. If you prefer a personal touch, they are very nice to talk to. I do recommend to anyone I come into contact with, especially rescue dog and new dog owners. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Honest helpful pet insurance

I have used bought by many for a few years now. They are very competitive on price and the cash back no claim bonus is a positive. I had to claim for my dog breaking fracturing his paw, they responded quickly to me and my vet. Helping to cover expensive payments. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

I only had my rescue dog for a few months before I needed to claim on the insurance for an ear injury. Long story short it turned out to be an ongoing issue but Bought by Many were with us every step of the way. Their online claims forms are fantastic, and when I needed to give them to call to check the process (it was a first time on claiming any insurance for me,) the lady on the phone was very professional and friendly. Their prices are very affordable too, especially if you have more than one pet like I have. Could not give a higher recommendation! Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Better than the average pet insurance Bobboo!

Having recently adopted a beautiful tortoiseshell cat from Cats Protection who unfortunately has a few health problems, I was planning to continue with Pet Plan insurance which is offered for a month with CP cats but discovered that they excluded anything that my cat had been treated for whilst a CP cat. This struck me as useless as the CP vet didn't consider my cat had uninsurable conditions.I spoke to Bought by Many who have a much more realistic attitude. Thank you Bought by Many. After the first year the excess comes in, particularly if the puppy is prone to doing daft stuff and eating everything. Still decent policy, but not covering the majority of vets bills, which are below the excess. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Have 2 dogs and only ever needed to claim for 1 several times. Never had any issues, problems and have never been back and forwards between insurers and vet. I have always found them to be competent and highly professional. Recommend this insurer to everyone Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Great Insurance company!!

The best insurance I could find for my special cocker spaniel, which covered everything I wanted it to cover. The premium was such a reasonable price as well. The company also keeps you up to date by e-mail when each payment leaves your bank account. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend Bought by Many.
