First year is fantastic

After the first year the excess comes in, particularly if the puppy is prone to doing daft stuff and eating everything. Still decent policy, but not covering the majority of vets bills, which are below the excess. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Amazing company

Have 2 dogs and only ever needed to claim for 1 several times. Never had any issues, problems and have never been back and forwards between insurers and vet. I have always found them to be competent and highly professional. Recommend this insurer to everyone Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Great Insurance company!!

The best insurance I could find for my special cocker spaniel, which covered everything I wanted it to cover. The premium was such a reasonable price as well. The company also keeps you up to date by e-mail when each payment leaves your bank account. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend Bought by Many. Guinness is our first dog and being a Bernese Mountain dog we have had lots to learn! We were bewildered by the pet insurance on offer, but we are so glad we chose Bought by Many. Anytime we have phoned for advice or to make a claim everyone has been so friendly, professional and kind. More than anything we have appreciated kindness when we have been worrying about Guinness! Really happy with the pet insurance cover to date, tailored to our needs. Provides peace of mind knowing we have cover for a beloved member of our family, many competitors weren't prepared to offer cover and those that did, wanted ridiculous sums to do so. Leaves the rest standing

I insured my German shepherd puppy last year when we got her at 8 weeks old , thankfully she has been a beautiful healthy girl and I haven't had to claim on her insurance . I was dreading the renewal price but when it came I could not believe my eyes that it had actually reduced in price , but still giving me £15000 if I ever do need an operation for her .
