TERRIBLE!

TERRIBLE! Just cancelled my policy. My policy documents arrived open. This is obviously a huge red flag as it contains all my personal data and lists items I have taken extra cover out on. The lady on the phone (Kelly/Kerry) was so unhelpful and unempathepic. There was no attempt to reassure me or make my account secure. Reviewed on: 14th May 2026

MBNA has great offers

MBNA offers most competitive rates for both its loan and credit card. The customer service is excellent and provide customers with great offers from time to time.
