MiPet Cover is no longer selling new pet insurance policies, but existing policies are still running.

Replacement policies continued on or after the 1st of May 2025 are with Petcover and Allianz. Policies with renewal dates on or before the 30th of April 2025 are with Insurance Factory Limited.

I cannot rate my contact experience with Customer Service as my Veterinary Practice dealt with my claim, but I was satisfied with the settlement although felt it could have been settled in a shorter time.
