I switched my variable mortgage to a fixed offset mortgage and Mojo (Carl) helped tremendously in advising and guiding me through the process. We ended up with a competitive mortgage product (which we are all very happy with after more than a year). The administrative aspects were smoothly handled and I was kept updated.
