Service slows once you are transferred away from initial contact

All goes well until you are transferred from the initial point of contact (Chris in my case) to the line staff. Despite a number of emails, Chris didn't intervene when we had a problem. The mortgage came through eventually but too late for us to purchase the house we took out the remortgage to buy. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

I used a regular comparison website and gave Mojo a try, their customer service agent was excellent. Not pushy and clear and to the point. A quick call to talk about what I needed.
