Overall pretty good but as it was a free service I was expecting to wait for assistance. Completed 4 re-mortgages last year but it was difficult to get hold of my contact who never answered the phone and couldn't leave a message as the mailbox was always full. Also always under quoted the legal fees. As I was in lockdown and only working part time it was OK but if I was full time it would've been frustrating Reviewed on: 9th March 2021

Top notch information and advice

I was a bit sceptical about using Mojo as I hadn't found them myself and had never heard of them before a friend recommended them. I was not disappointed and had a thorough and realistic discussion with an advisor about my outgoings and what I could afford. It was super helpful in then deciding what price bracket to aim for. The support throughout was professional and responses to questions were speedy. Thanks to Mojo I got a great mortgage deal and I'm now living in a fab house in a location I wanted.
