I had never used an online mortgage broker before but being tied for time and needing to remortgage I decided to give Mojo a try. From the very first welcome email they made me feel very relaxed and assured that I was being dealt with by friendly, genuine people who definitely knew their stuff! I was guided through the whole process and any options available to me at every step and any and all questions I had were answered in plain English and in a timely fashion too. The resulting product I chose both fitted my needs perfectly and saved me money too! In short, I now wouldn't go anywhere else when I come to re-mortgage again. When going to buy my first house this was a very unnerving experience and MOJO kept me calm. As my credit wasnt the best they assisted me in doing this. I would use them again. The only issue I had was COVID hit and the staff were furloughed but i was given a new person who has assisted me and made this seamless. Communication was fantastic throughout the process.
