From the start my advisor was extremely helpful and accommodating. Went above and beyond with his service and recommendations for the mortgage packages and ways to reduce my mortgage term by small overpayments. Wasn't sure about using Mojo but after researching reviews I decided to bite the bullet and sign up. So glad I did even though I found the same mortgage offer I could let them take care of just about all the paperwork. Will be considering them again once my 5 years Nationwide offer is up. Very helpful staff who gave me a selection of options to choose from. When we then had issues and had to hold off with getting our mortgage they were very understanding, not pushy at all, and gave me contact details so I could get back to the original employee when I was ready to move forward. When we did get our mortgage everything from Mojo was easy and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again it recommend them. Reviewed on: 6th February 2020
