Mojo were excellent through the whole mortgage application process and kept us up to date regularly as to where our application was. They also kept in constant contact with the solicitor chasing updates so we could complete our sale quickly. I logged on to the mojo portal after being recommended by a friend. The fact find took about 15 minutes, I then booked an appointment for later that day. The adviser I spoke to already had an idea of what mortgage would be best for me and we agreed on a deal within an hour. Overall the whole process was very simple and I wish I'd called them sooner. Smooth, stress-free engagement, in contrast to my existing mortgage lender!

I tried to get some additional lending from my current mortgage provider (Britannia/Co-op) for a house extension project. The amount of time I spent on the application, the chasing up, the number of phone calls, and the stress caused by the whole process, which was ultimately unsuccessful, is something that I would never like to experience again. In contrast, the experience with Mojo was a breath of fresh air, successful, and restored my faith in the lending and brokerage industry.
