Got us a great deal ultimately, did take quite a while but we built good relationships with the staff, as an area of improvement through our time at mojo at different stages we were dealing with around 6 different people along the way which became confusing and made things less personal. I was purchasing a new home and spent several hours scanning through various mortgage providers to find the best long term, fixed rate with maximum flexibility with over payments. I know this was a tall ask but the Mojo adviser identified a couple options straigt away which i couldnt find via google searches nor via other finanical advice websites. I therefore proceeded with the application via Mojo. They handled the application with the lender until completion. Reason for 4 out of 5 stars is initially when applying the agent didnt provide any updates for a week to state the application submission had been submitted successfully. He later confirmed he was off with covid which is understandable however Mojo should have temporarly passed his accounts to another advisor to progress in the backgound. Besides that the service was fantastic and helped me save a nice sum in the long term. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023

We were trying to work out our mortgage options when looking for a new house but were having issues even being able to speak to our current mortgage provider.
