We've used Mojo twice now, once for a remortgage and once for a new mortgage to move house, and both times we've been impressed with the efficiency of the process, the rates they've been able to offer (better than their close competitors!), and the team are lovely to talk to without being pushy. Exceptional customer service, efficient response to emails & even though my case was passed to another CS agent, as I'd secured a deal 6mths before my current mortgage ended, they were fully knowledgeable of my case.
