Brilliant Service

Mojo were amazing. They were prompt and worked well around my work rota to organise calls and guide me through the process of my first mortgage. Their advisors were friendly and helpful and Ben Garratt really helped to put my mind at ease. Really efficient and great advice.

I went through Uswitch expecting to see rates but was given a big form with Mojo instead and then offered an appointment with a mortgage adviser. This wasn't what I wanted but they explained that speaking to a mortgage adviser would be a better experience. I have to say, they were right! I thought I knew enough about the mortgage market to review options myself but my adviser, Jake, helped show me (tracker) products and options that I probably wouldn't have considered before. I came away feeling a lot more confident about my decision. The team then kept in touch all the way through the process and answered every question I had. I thought the whole experience was amazing and I'd happily recommend them to anyone who's willing to listen! Reviewed on: 17th February 2023
