I originally joined the coop credit union in January...

I originally joined the coop credit union in January 2023, initially for a short term loan due to my marriage breakdown. They were absolutely fabulous with communication and were great letting me pay the loan off within a month with no fees. I’ve continued to save with them since then. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025

Getting the idea that money should be thought about

I started saving a bit each month for my daughter when she was pfretty small. I also wanted her to get the idea that money should be thought about - where it's held and how it's used. So she got a small lump sum when she grew old enough, and I hope I set her an example. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025

Great way to save.

Ive not had to contact The Money Co-op very often, but when i have on the occasional time. I have been really pleased to how helpful the team are.The savings scheme is great, to have. The money an agreed amount is taken from your wages each month and to be honest you don't miss it. I wouldn't probably set thus aside each month myself. It's a great way to save and possibly win the lottery with paying £5.00 in a month, to be picked at random. Love this way of saving. Reviewed on: 26th June 2025

Excellent service

I’ve saved with the credit union for more than 10 years whilst working for the Co-op and service and communications are first class. Using the app, saving money watching my money build up is what the credit union is all about. Reviewed on: 26th June 2025
