Simple and easy service

The Coop Credit Union provides an easy way to save. Withdrawals are easy and funds are available within 24 hours. Their loan process is also quick and easy when you just need that little extra.. Great service!!! Reviewed on: 13th June 2023

Ethical savings for a rainy day

I use the coop credit union to save for a family holiday each year. I’m also saving to borrow should the need arise. The fact that this is an ethical saving plan that also helps others to borrow at low interest when in need is really appealing Reviewed on: 13th June 2023

Great product and service

Fantastic team, always willing to talk through different.options to ensure you get the right advice for your needs. Saving with the credit union is so easy it comes right out of your 'pay cheque' so no remembering to transfer or set something up. I've saved for so long I don't even miss the money I save each month it's just my monthly savings sorted. Reviewed on: 13th June 2023

Excellent

The Co-op credit union are fabulous the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. They help you to the best of their ability and do everything happily. I save monthly with them via a deduction from my wage and find it easy and convenient. They are also prompt and helpful when you wish to get your money out and is usually done within hours but can take up to 24 hours and you are advised of this. I cannot praise the staff enough and can honestly say I haven't had a bad experience I nearly 6years. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2023
