I was referred to Money Wellness by my credit card company, due to a change in circumstances, making it difficult to continue with repayments of any amount, let alone the minimum paymeent! I spent almost 90 minutes on the telephone with your wonderful advisor, who was so understanding, empathetic, and most importantly, REALLY clear with the options that were available to me as well as the feasability of each option. I felt, and continue to feel much happier about my debt. Whilst this is a relatively small debt, it caused me a great deal of concern, and your advisor was truly outstanding! ignoring my door and phone calls AGAIN i rang cab who took somr details and got money wellness involved After a short call i was agreeing to let them apply for a d r o within 2 daxs i was informed that no more creditors would contact me and if they did i could give them a more wellness number and they woifesl with it less than a week and i coulld sleep better l wasn't constantly on edge during the day and withiin another week i got news that less completely debt free .since then my finances are in order due to the call to more wellness lI would recomend anyone in debtll to contact them Reviewed on: 13th July 2025

I can’t say anything but a big THANKYOU for all the help I have received from yourselfs during my ordeal from my creditors what had been a blatant miscarriage of justice, i unfortunately went through brain surgery in January 2025 for a pituitary gland tumour and you have helped me 100% to ease the pressures.
