Once I actually spoke to a human being on the phone the service was very good. The initial stages of applying for the DRO were frustrating and too slow. If this is due to a lack of labour resources at Money Wellness, it isn’t your fault i guess. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026

My son and I were made homeless and became overwhelmed

My son and I were made homeless and we incurred a very large amount of debt just trying to survive and eat while being housed in a Travelodge for just under seven months. Money wellness. Advise me to do a Debt folder as my health has taken a turn for the worse.
