It took a long time to get through on the telephone...

It took a long time to get through on the telephone lines sometimes up to 2 hours waiting! If you pressed a call back they would either ring you the next day or not at all. Otherwise the service was very good, knowledgeable or what was best for me. All in all a good service apart from getting in touch with them. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
