Obviously there can be a stigma attached but once I reached out and got help the relief was such a weight off my mind , all the staff that I had spoken to were so understanding and seemed to have so much experience and knowledge and really put me at ease and were a constant help ! My experience was fabulous, the staff was brilliant start to finish, very patient and accommodating and made everything so easy and calm for me I very much appreciate all that staff that help get my issue sorted and resolved. one again I need to thank the staff at I suffer from mental health and they were so helpful and supportive. Everything was amazing except they changed one of my creditors names on the form, despite been passed the correct information on my action plan from step change so now I’m having to try and get insolvency service to change it. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026
