Choose a different company There is no way to contact any department after the application has gone through, no log in information to downlaod paperwork. Not trustworthy at all. Reviewed on: 4th June 2026

Very kind and helpful but not easy to contact.

Everyone is very helpful and kind and have been incredibly informative with supporting my situation. The only downside is that I have not been able to get in contact by phone at all. I've been trying to call for weeks especially over the DRO contact information on your website and no one has answered at all. I did email as well and did get a response that way however when I tried to call the phone number in the email still no one answered. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Natasha helped me very well. She wanted to do it very quickly for me. I suspect she worked in her own hours aswell, because she notified me in the evening to check it and sign it so it could be send over as quickly as possible for the Dro insolvency. They are hard workers Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Having been dealing with a very difficult situation lately, money wellness shocked me with how quick, efficient and kind they are. Especially during times of financial difficulty and mental exhaustion, it’s been such a huge relief to have straight forward, effective help. I can’t thank them enough for all of the help I have received all in a matter of 7 days. A huge weight has been lifted and everything was made very clear and much easier to understand than i anticipated. It is time not to forget, went I saw the number and name it was just a trying step never new that I will have the amount of support I received from money wellness staff was amazing. The communication was clear well understood, up to date contact by text , email and calls . It make me to sleep well and now no I have support from some where. Because it is a situation that I have never come across but went it happen it just to fine the right track. At this point am very greatful for all the support. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
