I didn’t k ow where to start. I was put through to Money Wellness From the very beginning they looked at all of the information I had given to them. The person who I spoke to was very empathetic and told me not to worry as they can help me.. I cannot praise Money Wellness. I was given my options and they gave me a few resolutions. I was then put through to another department who were as amazing just like the lady I originally spoke to They checked that they had all the paperwork and information. Within 3 days my debt resolution was confirmed. Relief and the stress disappeared almost immediately Reviewed on: 12th July 2026

The first experience was good but then I felt pressured into signing the form by constant phone calls I understand it needs to be completed quickly but I felt my anxiety increased as a result of the pressured phone calls. So much so I thought the advisor who was dealing with my case was on commission for completing it. I even googled to see if they got commission. But overall quick turn around. Being in a dire financial situation was very unpleasant for me and so reaching out to Money Wellness was not easy - but i have to say the service i received at every step was truly fantastic. They were always quick to answer the phone, were very polite, extremely helpful and very professional - but always in a very supportive way.
