The team gave me reassurance and helped me feel better about my debt situation as I suffer with mental health and panic a lot, I was embarrassed and emotional over how much debt I was in and the gentleman I spoke to was very caring and told me he was going to help me find the right help I needed, he listened to me and was not one way trying to do something I didn’t want to do, he told me to look through the information and get back to him with what I wanted to do, he helped me immensely and I now don’t sit in fear with curtains, windows, doors shut and locked, I would like to thank all who helped me get my debt relief order thank you so very much Reviewed on: 4th March 2026
