What can I say, everyone that I spoke to right from a nervous phonecall at the start, they were absolutely brilliant, Robert, James and the others. They were clear, understanding, showed empathy, and kind, helping making a difficult time easier and able to breathe. A thank you doesn't seem to be enough. But with all my heart thank you. I was in debt for quite a few thousand pounds & struggling so much it really affected my mental health & if it wasn't for Money Wellness I don't know how I would have coped with my debt. I'm nearly at the end of my payments now but if it wasn't for the agents who work for this company I honestly don't know how I would have coped. Though I was initially very anxious and naive about how I had got myself in such a situation, they were supportive and non judgmental from the beginning and I am now much happier and not at all anxious. Though I know I can no longer get credit, since it was my ability to do so that got me into this situation, I do not wish to and I am able to live on my own income without worry.
