I was worried about the process but its was so simple and easy with the step by step process. All staff I spoke to on the telephone were very helpful and understanding no judgements made about my situation just politely helping me through my hard time. I can not fault this service at all. I would say I would use again but I hope I have learnt my lessons no but would recommend to others. Reviewed on: 18th July 2025

I went into the whole issue of a DRO with trepidation bordering on dread. I have to say Money Wellness were excellent to deal with from begging to end. The telephone appointment was easy to handle, the operator was excellent. Reviewed on: 18th July 2025

Absolutely fantastic company, the advisor I got was very good and gave me lots of information that I'd dint know, he also gave me a list of choices to help with my debt, it was really nice as before I rang I was full of anxiety thinking there going to judge me but he didn't he was spot on I did everything as requested and my debt was resolved fast and efficiently 12/10 service highly recommend Reviewed on: 17th July 2025
