I have bad anxiety and some health conditions. I’d been so scared to contact anyone, but everything was sorted out for me so quickly and easily. The process was easy to understand and breaking it down into smaller chunks for submitting evidence made it far less overwhelming. The advisor who went through my debt advice with me was very patient and understanding. She kept me informed of the process from start to finish. Everyone I spoke too was really lovely, empathetic and helpful. I felt no judgment and completely supported. Really positive experience and they made everything so simple for me. My debt relief order was all sorted within 2 weeks and it’s a massive weight off. Reviewed on: 4th April 2025
