The online process was good and it was nice and easy to upload the information requested. I was difficult to speak to someone on the phone. I tired many options but was unable to speak to somebody. The advisor that helped me was helpful and informative. I have now completed the process and it is a real relief to me debt free. Reviewed on: 20th June 2025

I spoke with Beth. She was very patient and understanding. I have serve unmedicated ADHD and am a full time career (24/7). When I explained this to Beth she put things in place to help me understand what I was agreeing to. She answered any questions I had and never made me feel stupid for asking. 100% would recommend your services. Especially if you can get Beth. Could you please pass on to her; thank you so much for your kindness and understanding, you definitely deserve a pay rise and promotion. For someone who really struggles with these types of calls.
